Standard Fees:
Hourly rate is set as per NDIS pricing arrangements
Travel costs apply and are in line with the Modified Monash Model
Assessment and Therapy Appointments:
Appointments are charged per 70 minutes. This allows time for a 50 minute face to face appointment and 20 minutes to plan and prepare resources, and write detailed clinical notes.
Reports:
Please discuss your requirements with us.
As a guide, report writing is charged at the standard hourly rate (or part thereof).
Other Non-Direct Supports:
Services such as phone consultations, detailed clinical emails, or attending meetings requested by you/the funding partner are charged per fifteen-minute increments.
Cancellation Policy:
We know that life gets busy and sometimes things get forgotten, to help you remember your appointment commitment with Offspring Occupational Therapy we send an SMS appointment reminder three days before your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid a short notice cancellation fee.
Our Policy:
If less than two (2) clear business days notice has been given, or if the client is not present at the agreed time/place, 100% of the appointment fee will be incurred, as per the NDIS Pricing Arrangement and Price Limits Guide 2025-2026. Offspring Occupational Therapy will have discretion whether to claim for the service
